1. The service
AngeldeskAI IA provides a team of artificial intelligence assistants for marketing and sales and, depending on the plan, a sales agent that serves your customers on your website, on WhatsApp, on Instagram or on Messenger. By creating an account you accept these terms and the Privacy policy.
2. Account
- You must be over 18 and provide truthful information.
- You are responsible for your password and for what is done with your account.
- The service is intended for professional use (entrepreneurs and businesses). If you sign up as a consumer, you keep all the rights the law gives you.
3. Plans, payments and cancellation
- Each plan includes the assistants, messages and features shown on the plans page. Messages renew on the 1st of every month and do not roll over.
- Payment is made by the agreed method or the indicated payment provider. When the paid period ends without renewal, the account returns to the free plan; your data is kept in accordance with the privacy policy.
- Consumers: you have 14 days to withdraw. If you ask for the service to start immediately, you agree to pay for the proportional part already provided.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; the change applies at the next renewal.
4. AI-generated content
- The replies are generated by an AI and may contain errors or outdated information. Do not rely on them without reviewing them, especially regarding prices, data, legal rules, health or finances.
- You decide what you publish or send and you are responsible for it, including labelling realistic AI-generated content when the law or the social network requires it.
- The assistants do not provide medical diagnoses or legal or financial advice.
5. Your content
Your content (DNA, messages, files) and the results you obtain are yours to the extent permitted by law. You grant us only the permission needed to provide the service. We do not use your content to train AI models.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for illegal, misleading or harmful activities; to send spam; to impersonate people or organisations; to create fake testimonials, reviews or results; to promise cures or guaranteed income; to process third parties’ data without a legal basis; or in breach of Anthropic’s Usage Policy. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. Sales agent
- You are the controller of your customers’ data; we are the processor under the Data processing agreement, which you accept when you turn the agent on.
- You must inform your customers that they are talking to a virtual assistant and how you process their data, and have a legal basis for contacting them.
- If you connect WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Facebook, TikTok, Google Calendar, Outlook or Calendly, you also accept the terms of Meta, TikTok, Google, Microsoft or Calendly, and you are responsible for those accounts.
- On Instagram and Messenger you also comply with Meta’s rules for business messaging: the agent only replies to people who write to you and within the time limits Meta allows, and it is not used to send unsolicited advertising.
- When you publish on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok, you choose what is published, when and with which options, and you comply with each network’s rules. On TikTok you also accept its Music Usage Confirmation and, if you mark branded content, its Branded Content Policy.
7a. AI images and videos
- Each plan includes a number of images, voice-over carousel videos and motion videos per month. Unused ones do not carry over. Extra packs do not expire at the end of the month and are used once the plan’s allowance runs out. If a creation fails, it is not deducted.
- Everything created is marked “AI-generated”. When you publish it, you must disclose that it is AI-generated content where the law or the social network requires it (for example with the AI label on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok), and you may not remove the mark to pass it off as real.
- You may only upload photos that are yours or that you have the right to use. You may not create images, voices or videos of real people without their permission, or content that is misleading, sexual, violent or infringes third-party rights. AI providers may reject requests with their content filter.
- Your own voice is only cloned with your written permission, which you can withdraw at any time.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available at all times, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance or external providers. We may improve or change features; if a change significantly reduces what you have paid for, we will notify you and you may cancel.
9. Liability
We are liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence and for anything the law does not allow us to limit. Otherwise, our liability is limited to what you have paid in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of AI-generated replies.
10. Leaving
You can stop using the service whenever you want and delete your data from “My account”. To delete the account completely, write to us.
11. Law and jurisdiction
Danish law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Before any claim, write to us so we can look for a solution.
